Redesigned the Account section of the web site using user-

ecommerce environments.

In just a few weeks, enhancements increased overall conversion 26%.

o Cart

Re-

architected the Cart to account for enhancements through

introduction of eBooks, eGift Cards, and membership enhancements.

o My B&N

Led the user experience for the social network (My B&N).

Architected enhancements and helped to surface helpful features for

information sharing and lending.

Designed the social features behind the B&N nook (nook friends).

o Mobile

Ported the B&N web site to a mobile-

friendly appearance.

Designed pages promoting the new app.

o Marketplace

Collaborated with the Used/Textbooks team to rearchitect the

Marketplace application to allow for any customer or store to sell their

used merchandise on the B&N web site.
