Resume:

Hello

I have implemented, managed and supported large IT infrastructures for large and successful companies.

I have worked in the health care industry for approximately a dozen years, for Apotex Inc., a large pharmaceutical manufacturing company implementing and managing a very large infrastructure with a user community of about 400 desktops. With this experience, I understand the importance of adherence in a regulated industry.

I am very familiar with the installation and management of Windows servers, Linux servers, and Print servers, supporting multiple forest Active Directory Domains, managing group policies, user groups, distribution groups, security permissions, login scripts, batch file executions, managing data backups, Lotus notes, Exchange, NEC Phone switch and voicemail, Cisco switching, routing and firewall devices.

I have installed, supported and managed Help Desk Systems such as Remedy, Peregrine and Spice Works, managing incidents and technicians.

I have implemented and managed electronic commerce documents (EDI) with many different vendors with an array of different documentation requirements.

I am technically savvy, understanding the IT infrastructure from end to end.

From my co-workers to my peers, I have been described as loyal, knowledgeable and dedicated.

I have been very successful in finding ways to improve business processes from an IT perspective, finding cost saving alternatives, managing and completing projects while ensuring day to day operations are maintained.

I would certainly like to discuss my successes in person, and would be happy to speak to you at your earliest convenience.

Thanks and regards

David M Sutch
