2009 to present TAB Contracting, LLC. Olathe, KS

Owner Designed and manufactured custom control systems for multiple types of industrial facilities. Designed and implemented a multi-screen graphical system using 3 42 HDTVs to provide simultaneous access to multiple displays. This system was an existing facility previously using one 17 monitor. Designed and installed a control system for an oven built in Kansas City and installed in another state. This system was designed to be dismantled and re-constructed remotely by others.

1997 to 2008 Control Drive Systems, Inc. Olathe, KS

Sales Engineer Developed and implemented campaigns involving the sale of customized systems for the finishing industry including control of overhead power free conveyor systems. Designed and implemented process control software including pressure, temperature, and speed control. Designated Project Managerfor the largest project ever undertaken by this company. Worked with VFD and soft start configurations for multiple applications.

1993 to 1997 Control Systems International Fairway, KS

Control Systems Engineer Designed control panels for a large petroleum facility in Saudi Arabia and implemented the Factory Acceptance Test with clients present. Participated in start-up of petroleum tanker loading facility in Mexico.

Control Systems Production Manager Responsible for estimating, coordinating design, coordinating programming, customer negotiations, and control panel construction. Participated in control system sales presentations. Managed many control system start-up teams.
