Major Functions: Oversight Management of CM`s field construction activities for the Indian River Environmental Retrofit AQCS Project from initial site mobilization, foundation construction, mechanical and electrical power installation including tie in to power distribution substation. Developed a strong and respected working relationship with the Indian River Power Station staff and personnel. Primarily responsible for assuring construction site safety. Responsible for contractor adherence to all quality procedures and inspections. Reviewed all RFI`s and NCR`s for owner acceptance of the dispositions. Validated all Contractor payment requests. Provided oversight of CM`s construction scheduling activities assuring that the construction meets the Station outage dates. Participated in weekly construction coordination meetings with all Contractors and documented daily construction activities. Acted on behalf of the Project Manager during his absence from the site.
