CITY OF SOLON, $14M Pettibone Road Reconstruction (LPA Project), 2008-2011
Provided construction project engineering and on site design (including monitoring LPA requirements) for full depth re-construction of 3.45 miles of Pettibone Road within the City of Solon. Installed 1.1 miles of new waterline; 1.5 miles of a 10-foot multi-purpose path; storm sewers; curbs; maintenance of traffic, new traffic signals, and pedestrian signals as well as pavement markings.
CITY OF CHARDON, $2.3M Eastside Sanitary Sewer Improvement, 2007
Installed one mile of 48 sanitary sewer through residential neighborhoods connecting to Citys Waste Water Treatment Plant. Entailed field design for improvement of 3 of 4 streets affected, increasing project value by $230K. Completely removed and replaced flexible pavements, concrete curbs, and drive aprons. Reconfigured pavement grades to improve drainage to existing storm structures.

LAKE COUNTY, $600K Auburn Road / Ravenna Road Intersection Improvement, 2005
Managed improvement of 15-foot lowering of Ravenna Road while realigning Auburn Road intersection. Involved replacing fingers to ravine, a 2-foot undercut and placement of geo-grid, geo-textile fabric over a 200-foot length of roadway. Area was stabilized and approved for paving after 2 weeks. Resolved issue of encountered an extremely soft sub-grade during lowering; described as a Prehistoric Kettle, soils were saturated to the point that all construction traffic and workers were prohibited from access.
VILLAGE OF HUNTING VALLEY, $2.4M Cedar Road Reconstruction Improvement, 2003
Provided preliminary and on-site design and construction management for improvement to reopen Cedar Road, which had been closed for several years due to a failing and sliding hillside. Effected completion of nearly 0.50 miles of Cedar Road and a 2-lane pavement on modified horizontal and vertical alignment. Project included a drilled shaft slope stabilization structure, resurfacing of access ramps at Chagrin River Road, a complete overhaul of storm sewer system, and a 1,000 foot extension of the existing water main.
GATES MILLS, $550K West Hill Culvert, 2002
Assisted in design and administered contract involving the jacking of 120 90 diameter, thick steel pipe inside existing dilapidated metal structure and grouting annular space between them in order to minimize settlement and disruption to traffic above. Additional work included replacement of headwalls, concrete spillway, re-grading of hillside slopes, installation of new concrete gutter channels, guardrail installation of road above, and flexible pavement replacement.
CITY OF MAPLE HEIGHTS, $2.15M BROADWAY AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION (LPA Project), 2012
Manage asphalt planing and resurfacing of Broadway Avenue from the Garfield Heights corporation line to the Bedford corporation line including Libby Road from the intersection of Broadway Avenue to the Libby Road bridge, full and partial depth asphalt repairs, concrete curb repair and handicap ramps. Overcame obstacles including maintenance of traffic, coordinating work schedules of multiple contractors working within the same work zones but operating under separate and unrelated Capital Improvement Contracts.
CITY OF PEPPER PIKE, $5M Brainard Road Relocation, 2005
Relocated existing Brainard Road from the Shaker Circle, south to Chagrin Boulevard. Spearheaded implementation of earthwork, new storm and sanitary sewers, waterlines, paving, and traffic signalization as well as striping and construction of new cul-de-sacs at each end of existing Old Brainard Road.
