DIRECTOR (1998 - 2001) CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER (2001 TO 2011) 1998 - 2011 Executive responsibilities for design/build, development and construction of multiple Regional retail shopping center projects ranging in size up to 812,000 S.F. and values up to $100,000,000. Value engineered tens of millions of dollars in project savings thru technical expertise. Savings of multiple millions of dollars through contract negotiations with general contractors due to detailed work ethic, knowledge and experience. Selected and supervised multiple design firms, general contractors, legal teams, leasing, management and maintenance divisions. Managed national and international retail representatives and in selecting locations for development. Managed design and construction of shopping centers in accordance with Tenant and landlord work letters. Company owns, manages and controls for it's own account approximately 20 shopping centers totaling over 4,000,000 S.F. occupied by more than 400 Tenants.

THE SELKIRK GROUP MORRISTOWN, NJ VICE PRESIDENT/PRESIDENT/PRINCIPAL 1988 - 1998 Initial responsibilities included complete design/build/management for large Class "A" office buildings constructed for our own account. Promoted to company president in 1995 assuming responsibility for all management and executive functions. Overall designed, constructed and managed approximately 10 million square feet of award winning projects consisting of office buildings, warehouse/flex buildings and computer centers. Projects ranged up to $60 million in cost and 261,000 sf.

Complete responsibility for development of large office and warehouse/flex building projects in NJ. Duties included site selection, project due diligence, obtaining of all required approvals, testimony at appropriate local and state boards and development of contracts for construction management and general contractors participation in selection of all design professionals and providing owner rep services up to and including Tenant build outs/occupancy.

Major projects included those at numerous hospitals and financial trading rooms, doctors offices, executive offices and out patient operating rooms.
