Mr. Franke effectively managed over 100 projects with a cumulative construction value of over $20,000,000. Projects varied in size and scope from residential additions, whole house remodels, new house designs and historic homes over 100 years of age.

Construction Management

Mr. Franke successfully developed/implemented the Lead Architect approach for managing construction projects by developing close and productive relationships with Engineers and contractors in order to provide the oversight Clients desired and demanded for the successful completion of construction projects. By implementing this approach, Mr. Frankes extensive network and relationships with contractors proved vital in resolving disputes and developing Value-Engineered designs that kept the project on budget. Thirty percent (30%) of all projects were derived from contractor referrals.

Commitment to Community Mr. Franke is a third generation Washingtonian. His lifelong commitment to the Washington DC area and his local Silver Spring and Kensington communities has rewarded him both professionally and personally in developing a large network of professional contacts that refer business and identify opportunities on a regular basis.
