Customer service is what defines this job. My job consisted of working the box office and concessions. I dealt with every person who came in weather it just be for tickets or concessions or both. It was a hectic environment where staying calm and collected was always important.
I got along with all staff.
I was the only employee to get Employee of The Month award 3 times.
Was hardly absent or late for a full 3 years.
Also as an extra for the company I would sometimes come in to help the company's maintenance guy sometimes as early as 5 in the morning even if I had to be to work that day.

My high school experience, I've always looked back on as being a fun learning experience. I excelled in my Business, Keyboarding, Agriculture, History and Math Classes.
SOFTWARE/SYSTEM SKILLS
Whilst in high school my keyboarding and business program knowledge was earned. I have been taught how to use such programs as Excel, Microsoft Word and Power Point.
Had one of the highest Gwam scores in my keyboarding class.
Have made Stock Market graphs based on using Excel
Ran business simulations on the computer and was the only one to wind up with over a million dollars in my simulation.
