Managed and maintained safety of 450 crafts people, planning and scheduling work for construction of the secondary upgrade hydro-treating units. Planned and scheduled 160 engineered heavy-lift operations for vessels and modules. Directed the work of four planners in building work packages for the structural steel crews.
