Highlights of Accomplishments:

Highly qualified mobile device tester currently employed in mobile banking quality assurance operations. I reworked the Quality Assurance Department for Tartus as the company had grown out of its web based defect tracker and required a more robust enterprise for tracking issues, TestTrack Pro. As exclusive developers and testers of the Engineered Wood Products Division for the Boise Cascade Company, I worked directly with contacts all across the United States and Europe. Duties: Rework out-of-date QA department, managed TestTrack Pro for defects, reference and print projects. Streamlined testing process to improve product quality, reduce costs and accelerate time to market. Software titles include; BC Framer, BC Calc and Whole Home Interactive.

Broderbund Software

Software Quality Assurance Tester, 1995-2000

In its day, Broderbund Software was the industry juggernaut that literally took gaming from two-dimensional stick figures to three-dimensional spectacular works of art. Graphics, music, audio tracks and completely reinvented user interaction developed in-house at Broderbund brought computer gaming into the 21st century. Initially hired as a contract novice and promoted quickly to full time staff, next to Assistant Lead and ultimately Senior Lead for our department, all within a three-year period. I consistently met time-crucial production, scheduling both individually and in a professional team-testing environment. Top selling titles included Myst, Riven, The Carmen Sandiego Series, WarBreeds, National Geographic Collection, Active Mind Series, Living Books, The Logical Journey of the Zoombinis and Mavis Beacon to name just a few.
