CHIEF ENGINEER, Metropolis Resort /Conference Center and Chaos Waterpark, (August 2008 - present) Facility Manager and Chief Engineer, key player in the Resort and Waterpark design/build. Supervise and train maintenance team. Developed and implemented preventative maintenance system. Operate and maintain all hotel environmental and guest support equipment. Repair and maintenance of laundry equipment. Certified Waterpark Operator, having overall control of Chaos Waterpark operations. Establish five year improvement plan, solicited and accept bids and procured materials for major projects. I was the primary designer and operator enabling the Waterpark to save 1.5 million gallons of water a year and recover 60% of the hotel energy providing Waterpark aquatic heating. Received the Wisconsin, Building of the Year Award 2008. In addition I have been recognized in several national publications.

NATIONAL SERVICE TRAINER and TECHNICIAN, Grand Soft Equipment (June 1992 - May 1996); Trained and established equipment service centers and representatives in all 50 United States and Puerto Rico directly interfaced with national contracts to resolve service issues, such as Marriott Food Service, Aramark, Walmart, Disney World Orlando, Disney Cruise Lines and Walmart/SAMs Club.
AIRFIELD SUPORT AND FUEL SERVICE, Livermore California Airport (April 1992 - February 1994) Operated and coordinated 24/7 aircraft fuel service, performed and supervised maintenance on air field equipment, grounds with 300 aircraft hangers.
