for third party vendors to facilitate
the realization of new products
as defined by T-Mobile's product
development organization.
Coordinate QA testing and operational acceptance of
vendor software deliveries for production launch.
Key Accomplishments:
Developed technical specifications for the T-Mobile Album
RESTful web service API based upon the Atom Publication Protocol,
OpenSearch 1.1 and MediaRSS 1.2.
Co-author of T-Mobile internal AJAX web
application standards and best
practices documentation.
Successfully launched the MobileLife web portal
on a highly aggressive schedule.

Subject matter expert in all aspects of
multimedia messaging interfaces and protocols (MM1, MM3, MM4 and MM7).
IP networking and security subject matter expert at all layers of the OSI network model.
F5 BIG-IP application load balancing subject matter expert with
particular concentration on layer 7 load balancing using I-Rule
scripting in TCL.
Responsibilities:
Develop technical design documentation for
network level integration of all MMS interfaces in the T-Mobile data network.
Validate all MMS network application flows and develop internal tools
to simplify testing tasks.
Work with operational engineering teams to deploy patch updates and
software upgrades seamlessly and transparently to T-Mobile customers.
Key Accomplishments:
Key participant in the design and deployment of a new geo-redundant MMSC.
Developed and executed a full migration plan to move all
traffic from the existing legacy system to the current production system.
Launched the IM2MMS service allowing bi-directional multimedia
messaging from AOL Instant Messenger to T-Mobile handsets over MMS.
