Duties: Project Manager.
Binh Son Refining & Petrochemical Co. Ltd. (OWNER), who will commercially operate the Dung Quat Refinery, plans to install two additional crude oil tanks named as TK-6001G/H) adjacent to the existing crude oil tankage area in the north side of Dung Quat Refinery and will be operated in parallel with six existing crude oil tanks to provide the refinery with higher inventory capability.
Verify the current Design of System and facilities to assure that two additional crude tanks will be properly designed, installed and operated with fully incorporating of existing system. (This is included but not limited to the tanks datasheet, hydraulic of current suction & discharge of the tanks, etc.)
Procurement of Equipment and Materials and their delivery at Site, including but not limited to two Additional crude tanks, related valves and pipelines :

Project Name: High Sulfur Crude Oil Pump EPC Package - Dung Quat Refinery Project.
Duties: Project Manager
Binh Son Refining & Petrochemical Co. Ltd. (BSR) decide to install two additional high sulfur crude pumps at crude oil tankage area and will be operated in parallel with three current low sulfur crude pumps to provide the refinery with the possibility of co-processing two different crude oil sources at the same time (in-line blending). The Scope of Work is detail describable as follow :
Verify the current Design of System and facilities to assure that two additional high sulfur crude pumps will be properly designed, installed and operated with fully incorporating of existing system. (This is included but not limited to the pump datasheet, hydraulic of current suction & discharge of the pumps, etc.)
Procurement of Equipment and Materials and their delivery at Site, including but not limited to two additional high sulfur crude pumps, related valves and pipelines :
Two Motor driven API centrifugal pumps ( VS6 type )
Oil mist lubrication system
Control and Instrumentation
Electrical
Piping & Mechanical
Civil
Construction, including labor and construction tools
Fully responsibility for all requirements including supervision, direction during pre-commissioning, commissioning, test-run activities and all control and instrumentation requirements functional testing, etc until the Acceptance of facilities offered
To develop interface plan(s) with Dung Quat refinery and implement it without shutting down the refinery

Set - up site office at reasonable location, procurement office equipments and other site utilities and facilities.
Construction weight bridge and carry out calibrattion in accordance with Viet Nam regulatory.
Construction stockpiles with sufficient area for storing approximately 700,000 m3 of rock.
Production, loading, transportation and unloading 700,000 m3 of rock - including 1" - 4" and 5 - 500 kg kinds of rock - stored at stockpiles.
Loading, transportation the rock from stockpile to jetty for dumping to barges.
Some other services such as ship agent, import-export formality, equipment rental, mechanical, ect..
Duties:
Project planning and scheduling.
Organizing the site personnel to supervise the various activities to ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with specification, schedule, project quality plan and safety management system.
Organize site meeting with sub-contractors, progress meeting with presenting the site work progress.
Prepare work schedule, highlight the actual schedule with the baseline schedule and specific target schedule with equipments, vehicles, stockpile and manpower with productivity rate.
Prepare monthly progressive payment claims.
Liaise with owner, clients and sub-contractors.
