National lease end tracking - responsible for tracking all vehicles returned at end of lease. Coordinate repairs where required and collect any outstanding fees. Thoroughly investigate accounts where either the vehicle cannot be located or the customer cannot be located to pay the outstanding charges. Work with skip tracers, bailiffs, lawyers and third party collection companies when necessary. Work with Third Party Inspection Company and the auctions ensuring vehicles are moving safely and as quickly as possible to sell at auction. Respond to any dealer and customer inquiries.

Supervised the processing of all bankruptcy and third party liability claims. Worked with internal lawyer and third party collection companies in settling escalated disputes.
