* Coordinate and supervise the work activities for 16 staff members providing 7x24 Distributed Operations Support for 7 IBM commercial accounts on distributed Unix/LAN/MVS/OS2/NT/MS platforms.

* Handle recruiting for fulltime, contract, and coop positions.
