Web project manager

LQC builds custom web-based solution. There, I shoulder several key roles (CTO, project manager,

developer, salesman, system administrator) and work on many projects. Here is a selection of them .

Publishing web-based application

Director of a product which prints 8 million issues per month for 100 magazines.

Manage a team of 4 developers for a total 3 year budget of 430 000 euros.

Set up a weekly iterative shipment, inspired by eXtreme Programming and SCRUM

methodologies.

Developed a PHP module to ease maintenance and support by monitoring and fixing possible

failures.

Designed an innovative Javascript plugin to annotate magazine pages based on user experience.

Invented the product name which was accepted by an 8 person committee.

Enterprise portal for a company of Deloitte group

Designed and developed a communication tool between 3,000 company employees and their

60,000 clients.

Personally increased project income 4-fold due to a relationship based on trust and reliability.

Developed an instant data update using web services to communicate with the company's ERP.

Developed the mobile version with Objective-C for iOS (available on the AppStore).

Managed development team for the Android version.

French museum of photography collection management software

Created a collaborative and context-sensitive help system to enter technical data.

Developed standard reports for Direction des Mus es de France (Joconde, Dublin Core).

Wrote a module to supply data to a semantic web engine which was inaugurated in front of 300

people.

Throughout LQC experience

Specified and co-developed a library of scripts which are the base of all our applications.

Analyzed, bought, set up and administrated server infrastructure (Unix/Linux and Windows).

Manage and develop up to nearly 10 projects at a time.

Personally developed an industry standard compliant learning management system (SCORM)

sold to a French national bank: 10,000 users including 500 simultaneous connections.

Implemented and integrated usage statistics based on batch exports of the SAP system.

Developed automatic detection of possible frauds using Separation of Duties matrix.

Daily collaborated with US partners who sold the solution to BP, Powell, Verbatim, ...

Finished the company intranet begun by a previous engineer.

Used a polymorphic database structure to adapt to the huge diversity of product features.

Automatic data import

Developed an interface for a layman to import data into a database using MS Excel.

Created the company Spirit Software, editor of SAP audit software.

Lean Startup experimentations with web app to write poems inspired by Instagram pictures.
