was contracted to do a book entitled Internet Explorer 5 Programmer's
How-To (subsequently renamed by me Internet Explorer Site Builders How
To) The first draft was supplied in a timely manner, but IE 5 did not
materialize in the time frame envisioned by Waite so the contract was
ultimately cancelled.
