Saved the company thousands of dollars per month through the creation of shared language multilingual instruction sheets. Reduced printing costs and made the sheets thinner and quicker to pack on the assembly line. This increased line productivity farther reducing cost.
Decreased need for translations by simplifying instructions to be more visual. This shortened final art delivery timelines. Illustration quality level also greatly improved.
Created an interactive 3-way dimmer installation assistant to show how to wire our 3-way dimmers to existing wiring. This reduced the volume of calls to our call center regarding this issue.
