Saved the company thousands of dollars per month through the creation of shared language multilingual instruction sheets. Reduced printing costs and made the sheets thinner and quicker to pack on the assembly line. This increased line productivity farther reducing cost.

Decreased need for translations by simplifying instructions to be more visual. This shortened final art delivery timelines. Illustration quality level also greatly improved.

Created an interactive 3-way dimmer installation assistant to show how to wire our 3-way dimmers to existing wiring. This reduced the volume of calls to our call center regarding this issue.

THE LEHIGH GROUP

Hired to maintain existing product lines and to help with the creation of new ones.

Spearheaded an initiative to bring companies product photography in-house, increasing departmental efficiency. Sourced and purchased a digital camera and lighting. Created a highly specialized photo studio, complete with custom designed moveable sets. These changes enabled our department to take the bulk of our own images eliminating the need and expense of scheduling, hiring and directing outside photographers.
