In support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) took 150 assigned vehicles with Operational Readiness Rate of under 60% and improved it to 100% in time for the start of OIF and maintained a minimum rate of 95% throughout the war and returned every piece of equipment to Fort Stewart without loss.
Responsible for maintenance section of 70 soldiers and performed all tasks and returned with no soldiers killed, wounded, or injured.
Managed maintenance management process and control and maintained efficiency despite performing much of duties under direct and indirect enemy fire.
Performed duties of Motor Officer and Motor Sergeant throughout war at the request of commander that I assume both duties.
Provided feedback for Army maintenance and contract maintenance operations and reported findings through DMMC, DOL, and AMC.
