Ensure product meets USDA regulations, SQF guidelines and company quality requirements.

Work on the LEAN team to reduce waste and improve quality.

2010 -- 2012 Packaging Line Supervisor Waymouth Farms

Coordinate, lead, and supervise a line team of 4 personnel in the operation, maintenance, and quality assurance of various High Speed Food Packaging equipment.

Responsible for the production and quality of over 1200 units of product on a shiftly basis, setting the standard for all other operators to aspire to achieve.
