As the leader of the Web Applications Team, I lead a group of ten dedicated engineers in delivering compelling
web applications for internal and external users. In addition to leading the Web Application Team, I am leading
a company wide effort to deliver applications for demand generation, including advertisement and offer cam-
paign management, publisher management, and a self service portal. Prior to being acquired by PayPal, I led
efforts to provide a self server portal for small and medium size businesses to run advertisements and offers
through the Where Ads product.
I work closely with the product and design teams to deliver features to best meet our customers needs. Rou-
tinely work closely with other engineering teams to solve problems and develop new and innovative features.
Integrated with third party payment platforms. Provide an API allowing our native mobile applications to inte-
grate with our merchant created offers. Prototype mobile native and web applications to further enhance our
bene t to our users. Identify new and emerging technologies for potential integration into our stack. Helping to
establish best practices thought the organization.

TechStars incubated, VC funded startup building an ecommerce platform for social media applications, initially
focusing on the Twitter ecosystem. Worked closely with the entire team to de ne features and deliver to pro-
duction on schedule. Responsible for frontend, backend code and architectural decisions. Developed an API
for 3rd party developers to integrate with our platform. Integrated with third party partners including Twitter and
payment gateway.
