Ohana v. Ohana, No. 02294 (2010) (unreported opinion). Successfully argued before
the Court of Special Appeals that an interlocutory order in a marital property dispute
should be vacated on the grounds that it unlawfully extended the use and possession
period beyond the statutory maximum of three years.
