Basic Function and Scope:
Develop, plan, and supervise all aspects of Camp, Catering, Security & Logistics activities for the onshore camp facilities, as well as assigned administrative support functions with the Catering, Logistics, and Security & Camps Sub Contractor’s Staff.
Tasks and Duties:
Responsible for operation and maintenance of camps, transportation, catering, Laundry, travel, Security and administration facilities.Ensuring the smooth mobilization and demobilization of all staff on site. Providing Travel & Logistics Supports. Liaising with Project Managers, clients and agents regarding travel arrangementsKeeping a daily tracking spreadsheets of crew changes & personnel movements for all personnel including contractors. Receive Flight manifests and POB’s and check the accuracy of it and distribute to various departments.Ensure accommodations and service facilities are well maintained and meet western standards to the extent possible.Develop, implement, administer and maintain Catering Section’s quality standards for food production and preparations, presentation, service and customer interaction, cleanliness and sanitation, safety and environmental awareness, and Catering Contractor’s staff hygiene, in accordance with company policies and proceduresConduct random kitchen & accommodations inspections and follow-up in the action plan.Facilitate the Weekly inspections with HSE, Fire Team, Security and Health manager. Check & implement the preventive planned maintenance system for kitchen equipment, Laundry, Housekeeping, accommodation and recreation. Daily have brief with Catering & Camp Supervisors, Security, Logistics crew & Drivers and instruct them about day to day activities.Verify accuracy of invoices and approves for payment and Maintain all the necessary invoices and records.Weekly meeting with Catering sub contractors and chef and discuss menu and other catering & house keeping related items and make sure the waste segregation is on process.Ensure Adherence to all company and safety policies, rules, procedures, follow company guidelines and objectives.
