Project Manager - New Medical Implementations

Project Manager for New Medical Implementations. Worked with large scale Laboratories, Hospitals, Outreach Clinics and Patient Service Centers. Determined scope of project, created and presented Project Plans and Charters for Client approval prior to project implementation. Traveled to client sites to train laboratories and IT staff on customized User Interfaces for Atlas LabWorks and MD Bridge. `Owned` project for the full life-cycle, from Inception to Post-Live support completion.

Key Results:

Alas Development is located in California. My position is an `East Coast` remote position, allowing me to work with clients in Eastern and Central Time Zone as needed. I orchestrate all aspects of new development Interfaces for Sonic Labs and ARUP as well as Atlas` new `mobile solutions` Interfaces (iPad, iPhone, etc.).

Sr. Project Manager - EDI Implementation Specialist

Advanced to senior Project Manager and Team Lead Implementation Specialist. Provided IT leadership for clinical technology infrastructures located in 600 facilities nationwide. Manage large-scale enterprise migration projects, systems conversions and performance tuning and monitoring of applications/systems. Help set long-range technical direction and capacity plans.

Key Results:

Managed remote installation and verification of connectivity from client site to LabCorp via VPN/ASP/TCPIP and Hypersend models over varied Windows server platforms. Reviewed documentation for validity/completeness. Authored overall project documentation.

Transformed processes/toolsets of geographically dispersed medical units (including off shore resources) into a cohesive, standardized set of solutions that elevated efficiency and accuracy.
