* The largest and most innovative company in the manufacturing of precision machined plaster/resin tire models-used for the manufacturing of tire molds( .002")-for Fortune 500 customers and for all major national and international Rubber companies.
- Documented each incoming project with our Process Control, requiring customized drawings/foundry specs, engineering and inventiveness to manufacture precision tight tolerance products.
- Fabricated unique, customized machinery, such as "Round-up Tables" for inspecting a locus of points establishing T.I.R. on each product. This was the customer preferred inspection procedure over our DEA Coordinate Measuring Machine.
- Industry leader with early utilization of Sodick wire EDM machines, and JOBS 5-axis Milling Machine.
- Manufacturer of injection mold CNC machined parts, including occasional custom prototype model/pattern work for wide range of new conceptual products.
* Operations Management with twenty-five years experience (55-60 employees) responsible for hiring all personnel, training, reviewing, layoff/termination, pay increase assessments, etc.

-Models/patterns/rubber molds
-Procurement of custom parts and raw materials (national/international).
* Developed business niche by designing and manufacturing innovative livestock equipment with a focus on improved handling safety & efficiency. These product solutions have significantly impacted the productivity of the alpaca farmer and Veterinary practices in the United States and abroad.
* Designed, and produced Model/Pattern for home decor Balusters (high density foam) for use in construction of premier home porches and decks. Procured parts from Exothermic Molding producer.
* TAM currently markets a line of twelve products worldwide for the alpaca community. Sales are achieved through marketing materials such as brochures, email blasts, and using videos and promotional technical data posted on several websites. Products are "Low volume/ high profitability."
