BOEING: Brought in as Application Architect and problem solver to energize the development/test teams on initiative for Boeing Electronic Distribution System (BEDS), a trading intermediary-based system that facilitated efficient distribution of Loadable Software Airplane Parts (LSAP) sand was critical in the 787 Dreamliner`s successful customer delivery in Oct 2011. Proactively analyzed the situation while adapting to complex environment and rapidly mounting test cases.
* Improved critical processes in application development life cycle (ADLC), including introducing VersionOne, HP QTP and HP QC to enhance testing and re-organizing test team to circumvent foreign testing obstacles.

Oldcastlebe: Collaborated with CEO & VP of Business Development, McKinsey & Co to devise a game changing solution for organization`s New BIMIQ product, a 3-D energy modeling and multimedia application. Led 20-member team to identify and make significant IT adaptations for the BIMQ application. Worked with Lawrence Berkeley National Lab to develop integration patterns/interfaces with Window product which was critical to support BIMQ core functionalities.

TOYOTA: Undertook leadership role of Application Architect for a $23M, multiphase Transportation Management System (TMS) project, the largest IT initiative at Toyota in 2009 (37-member team). Managed the implementation of the enterprise integration layer for the new system, designed to reduce tens of $M annually in transportation expenses & staffing costs while improving logistical flexibility and performance. Designed and developed the most complex module (known internally as the SuperFunction(tm)) of the system governing the railroad portion of the shipments. By working with the management and team to shift the development work soley, the critical module was delivered 6 weeks ahead of schedule with near-zero defects.
* The SuperFunction enabled every Toyota unit (Scion, Lexus and Toyota) to be processed smoothly, with an average of 17 transactions per vehicle while enroute from ordering to showroom dealer delivery.
* Recognized with an IBM Service Excellence Award for giving client the ability to realize a 7% saving in per vehicle logistics cost and a 2+-day savings in unit delivery.

ST JUDE MEDICAL: Brought on board in role as Application Architect to lead team of 60 on massive project to optimize pacemaker operations. Conducted complete analysis of the complex pacemaker technology, then adopted applicable frameworks and made key tactical application designs that met both long and short-term goals. Directed team in re-factoring client`s IBM-built Merlin.net(tm), a secure, Internet-based remote care system that gathers, stores and monitors patient-implanted devices to insure treatment compliance and alert notification. Dramatically improved this application suite supporting physician/patient pacemaker bi-directional messaging.
