Gained experience in consulting and due diligence experience and in-depth knowledge of corporate acquisitions by providing services to Werco, Inc. and U.S. Airgas, two independent companies in the industrial gas industry that merged to become Airgas, Inc. Following the merger, Airgas went public on the NYSE and began an aggressive acquisition of industrial gas distributors nationwide. Conducted comprehensive investigations of potential acquisitions to verify revenues, key accounts, assets, liabilities, and other substantive facts about companies being acquired prior to closing. Previous Experience (1982-2000):
CEO/Board Member/Founder Rolite, Inc., Wayne, PA (1989-2000).
