Directly involved with Landlords and Corporate Lease Administration reviewing lease documents for reconciliation and calculations to ensure accuracy and lease compliance.

Managed broad real estate services covering a portfolio of 1.6 M square feet with a $30 M total operational budget for five major properties including a corporate owned headquarters facility.

To ensure ongoing operational efficiency, maintaining the corporate headquarters facility operational, managed a major $1.1 M restack project involving 2,700 employees, completed in seven (7) phases over eighteen (18) months.
Major capital projects included replacement of all Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) for the total HVAC system and major foundation repairs in the electric service entrance facility of the headquarters buildings.
