Provided Project Management leadership to ensure the smooth transition of the upgraded Air Force Satellite Command, Control and Telemetry system (RBC) from a development to sustainment organization. This included personnel conflict resolution, software development procedure changes and updated release and test criteria changes. In addition, the Sustainment Transition Plan was expanded to include hardware, software, test lab changes, deployment changes and product help line procedures. Developed an interdependency project schedule to determine test laboratory need dates as well as depicting interdependencies for all of the sustainment projects. Provided architecture design/systems engineering for adding additional test lab equipment to ease multi-project contention for lab resources. Acted as project manager and consultant to network engineering for the implementation of a TCP/IP implementation that connected the satellite Electronic Scheduling project to the RBC software.
