Through Careerbuilder.com I learned of your Training/Consultant opening. I am a graduate of St. Olaf College and have much experience in leading, motivating, developing and dealing with very large groups of people. I have Professional Development/ Reality Therapy Counseling Certification while at MA +45 additional credits. I get along with all people, have experiences with public relations and deal effectively in a training/coaching situation. I have many transferable skills that adapt to this position. I am also available for immediate employment.

I lead, organize and plan for both long and short term. I also established goals and identified strengths and weaknesses while using best practices in my work. The responsibilities as your employee also involve motivating, planning and adapting to needs. As your employee I will also problem solve, lead, build rapport with others, and recognize when to adapt to changes needed-all of this I did as a teacher on a daily basis.
