Presently working as a Head-IT & Operations with Ritika Pvt Ltd., Since April 2009 to till date - A Ritukumar Designer
Apparel company (since 1977), which is a unique Business model of having Design & Development, Production and
Retailing under the same enterprise. It has a workforce of about 850 employees employed at the 3 Production Units in
Gurgaon & One Calcutta and 28 Exclusive Retail Outlets in all over the country. The company has a turnover of about
180 crores.
The orgnisation is a leading retailer of Designer Apparel having presence through its own retail showrooms across the
country as well as through business partners. There were Oracle 10g & MS SQL database servers in each of the server
consolidated in the Head office, Gurgaon, Haryana, for archival/reporting purposes. My job to ensure smooth running of
the IT in the organisation. Dealing with Internal users, gathering inputs/feedbacks/suggestions for enhancement of
existing services as well as dealing with hardware and software vendors to keep the organization updated. I have
maintained the strictest quality in IT by standardizing things, reduced cost by providing internal staff training to the end

window IT solution covering 28 Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), 08 Multi Brand Outlets (EBOs), Sales locations, 02
logistics and one division.
Coordination / Liaison: Collaborating with the team members of production users and Corporate IT department to
maintain a continuous stream of information regarding the project status, progress till the finalization of the
accounts.
Database Administration: System Design & Development of Client-Server application using Oracle and testing
Application, database level security and Database Links, Database Creation and uploading of data files from .dbf
formats using SLQ *Loader. Installation & Maintenance of Database Servers, defining database size, table space
size, creating new user, grating permission, querying database through SQL commands and also taking daily
incremental backup of database file (.dmp) with export /import oracle utility.

merchandise, Apparel & Fashion wear etc. having manufacturing plants in and around Delhi, Noida and own composite
textile-processing house.
Ravissant has many years of experience in lifestyle retail of luxury products having exclusivity in India for some of
the world s best-known Luxury European brands such as Cartier, Rosenthal, Bvlgari, Versace Tableware, Wedgewood,
Royal Doulton and skin care products L occitane from France.
Ravissant has a India's best know Luxury product house and having luxury stores in Delhi, Mumbai and Agra which
have a wide range of products, Silver wear furnishings which are manufactured in our own workshop. Apart from this
above, I started implementing ERP software in the group. There were several ERP softwares evaluated for our
requirement and exhaustive study was done to choose the right ERP. The chosen ERP, called Microsoft Dynamics
Navision, was based on SQL. I was part of the ERP Implementation Team, I took active part in requirement study and
gap analysis, and RFP preparation.
I had successfully implemented a CRM application, which served around 18000 members, on regional level. This
Application was developed in-house, by us, using feedback of the related internal users and was implemented
successfully in organisation the consolidation of data being done in Head Office, New Delhi.
Worked with HPL INDIA LTD., New Delhi-(India), since October 1996 to November, 2003. HPL Group has a strong
presence in the country as manufacturer of Reliable Electrical Protection Equipments, on load changeover switches,
isolators, on load fuse changeover switches, Electronic Energy Meters and DIRIS, the energy management control and
protection system. A joint venture between HPL Group and Europe's leading switchgear company Socomec S.A. France.
A 650 Crore Turnover Company having more than 69, Branches all over India, as an Asst. Manager Systems, during
this period I have developed, installed and implemented various applications, packages for Retail, Logistic, export
department, inventory management, store and Accounts & Finance department.
Implemented ERP System at all locations that caters to Sales and distribution channel of the Sales Office starting from
Forecasting, Logistic, Sales, Finance, Claims and Finished goods reconciliation. It is capable for the consolidation at
different hierarchy of the organization. It generates all MIS for the middle and top level of the management for the
office.
I have successfully implemented ERP Software in HPL group. In this Implementation process I have created various data
entry screens (Forms) and Reports for various Departments (Like Sales & Distribution, A/c & Finance, Warehouse Store,
Purchase, HRD, Marketing dept. etc.) through RCT (Rapid Codeless Technology) Tool. Also helped in developing

ERP Project Experience:
As Project Manager, I have led the implementation of (ERP) called Microsoft Dynamics Navision. I have Implemented LS
Retail POS (Point of Sale). As part of my functional during the ERP implementation life cycle, I led the activities of
Project Planning, System/Business Process Study, and Analysis & Design and Procurement of Hardware s like Servers, V-
Sats, Sonic Fire Walls etc. and Software like Citrix, Microsoft Products & Antivirus etc. I actively participated in the

Delhi) and In-house team to ensure that the project meets the set out expectations within the time and cost constraints
defined and agreed mutually with the help of ERP data, we are in a phase to interrelate the ERP Data with new CRM
Package. It is a third party tool, which will be connected to ERP. This CRM will be used in Tele-Registration, Various
Schemes, SMS Gateway, Business Promotions and Campaigns etc.
