{From second of March 2011, rejoined HMT Limited, Pinjore, to monitor Recoveries from defaulted dealers, exercising Legal process, as per Law of land, the same assignment, and responsibilities being entrusted, which were there with me at the time of retirement.
{From first of September 1979, till superannuation i.e., 31st October 2010, I was employed with HMT Limited, Pinjore.} At the time of superannuation, I was designated as Deputy General Manager (Marketing). Looking after Recoveries from defaulted dealers, exercising Legal process, as per Law of land, and persuasion, since, September 2004. Job involved identifying advocate, negotiating fee with advocate engaged briefing the identified advocate, working out the strategy for contesting/defending the case(s), and keeping talk alive for resolving the dispute(s) for amicable, mutually agreed settlement, peacefully, out side court, to maximize the realization. Training, marketing field personals to affect recoveries from defaulted dealers, to resolve dispute amicably. Devising, proposing guidelines, procedures and systems, for settlement etc.
July 2001 to September 2004, looking after Institutional Sales of standard agriculture tractors and modified tractors, attached with Back-Hoe, Dozer, and Loader for non-agriculture applications, to Railways, Army, Air force, Navy, and other paramilitary forces as well as Institutional Sales, with the help of three senior sales executives. Training, marketing field personals to handle Institutional Sales and co-ordination with Institutional Customers.

June 1999 to July 2001, looking after marketing of Tractors, Engines, and Spare Parts, in the State of Rajasthan, through dealers’ network, with Head Quarter at Jaipur, with help of three senior executives and seven area / territory Sales Officers.
May 1998 to June 1999,, looking after Institutional Sales of standard agriculture tractors and modified tractors for non-agriculture applications, to Railways, Army, Air force, Navy, and other paramilitary forces as well as corporate. Also looked after, Marketing of Diesel Engines through dealers’ network through out the country and to Gen set assembler, as OEM, with help of four sales executives.
September 1992 to May 1998, looked after Stores of Tractor Spare Parts, including warehousing, individual component packing and bulk orders packing and arranging transportation, invoicing, settlement of dealers insurance claims with Insurance Company etc., and all other related matters. Including, devising guidelines, procedures and systems. Training, marketing field personals to provide assistance to dealers for retail sales of tractor spare parts.
September 1979 to August 1992 looked after marketing of tractor spare parts through dealers’ network in the country. The position involved, formulating Pricing Policy, Promotional Schemes, and setting ‘Terms and Conditions’ of sales, settlement of dealers insurance claims with Insurance Company, resolving dealer’s complaints and disputes, coordination with marketing field staff, etc.
Training, marketing field personals and dealer’s personals to provide assistance to dealers for retail sales of tractor spare parts and management of Tractor spare parts.
I joined, HMT Limited as Associate Manager, in the year 1979, was promoted
as Manager in the year 1985,
as Divisional Manager in the year1982,

{From May 1976 to August 1979, was employed as Sales Service Engineer, with Eicher Tractor India Limited} Managed, Tractor Spare Parts distribution operations and system, through dealer’s network. Also looked after, identifying and developing sources for vital transmission parts, for tractor, for over two years.
Joined the company as Assistant Engineer in the Materials department; was promoted as Sales Service Engineer in the year 1978.
Total experience with Eicher Tractors India Limited, is over 3 years.
{from May 1972 to May 1976, was employed as Technical Assistant, in Materials, with Blue Star Limited}. Looking after stores and transportation, for two years. Settlement of warranty claims and procurement for two years, with principal suppliers. Total experience with Blue Star Limited, is of four years. Had, initial business orientation at Blue Star Limited.
Having wide and varied over all, total experience of more than 40 years, in techno-commercial, matters with well reputed engineering manufacturing and marketing companies, at the age of 59 years. Due to wide and varied, sizeable experience, developed skills to work at senior level, independently.
Presently, having no health problems, and keenly interested in taking second inning with equal sprit and zeal. Preferably, sharing my experience with Senior Materials and Marketing Executives, mentoring and provide support, to achieve the budgeted sales.
