Directly responsible for BMP product implementation, integration processes, and launches to the field, via dedicated internal call desk. Key liaison to Field Implementation Team of advisors/brokers for major launch initiatives. Implemented back office procedures involving Partner Firms. This was done via negotiation and coordination of efforts between the Home Office and our Partner Firms.
