PRINCIPAL, Larkin Center School: Restructuring a comprehensive therapeutic Special Education School reflecting a model of diversified instruction and staff empowerment in a cognitive behavioral milieu. Leading organizational Strategic Planning, Performance Quality Improvement, Risk Management and Leadership Committees. Direct and implement Individualized Education Plans, professional staff training, development and evaluation. PROGRAM COORDINATOR, Off Campus Learning Center, Niles Township High Schools- 1993-2005: Alternative High School Leadership for ED/BD/LD students. Developed and implemented a comprehensive, therapeutic, incremental, behavior management system and ISBE aligned curriculum.

PRE-VOCATIONAL COORDINATOR: Developed the Vocational Incentive Program for NTHS. Provided career exploration, transitional planning, vocational education, and work site placement to LD, EMH, TMH, BD, and LD HIGH SCHOOL students.
