Service & Repair: Adept at troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air- conditioning equipment and all related components. Perform preventive maintenance; test electrical circuit and components.

Equipment Installation: Knowledge of estimating, reading blueprints, and installation of heating, air- conditioning, and refrigeration system as well as electrical/mechanical controls. Knowledge of welding, fabrication, and piping practices.

Customer Service: Outstanding commitment to quality and service. Adept at communicating with vendors, team members, and customers to delivery excellent service. Provide work order updates, and answer questions.

Administration: Excellent organizational skill with ability to manage multiple time-sensitive work orders. Accurately document all complete jobs to ensure proper billing. Continuously maintain compliance with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
