Responsible for oversight of $250 Million dollars in the execution of cost, schedule and technical performance of communications systems for 17 major and minor facilities for a Foreign Military Sales Program. Managed a cross functional team which spanned 18 time zones and four countries. Developed and Established Departmental Earned Value Techniques. Reduced costs which saw a $4.23M in savings, utilized savings to grow business based on customer priority needs.
Directed Customer interface was with the Ministry of Defense for the country of Taiwan.
