redevelopment of historic office building and archeological site in Minneapolis, MN.
Project is in proposal stage to the City of Minneapolis.
MarshallStreetBoatBasin – Redevelopment of
37,000 square foot existing warehouse in NE Minneapolis into a mixed used
development to include retail, restaurant and marina on the Mississippi. Project is in proposal stage.

Urban Outfitters
Corporate Headquarters – 20 acre campus development and adaptive reuse of 5 historic
industrial buildings in the Philadelphia Navy Yard. Role included visioning, design
oversight, management and procurement of $20 M historic tax credits.
