CCBN / Thomson Financial has produced corporate IR websites for more than 2000 companies, incorporating key financial content while maintaining the look and feel of their individual corporate site. During my 6-month tenure, departmental production increased more than 20% from the previous 6-month period, and approximately 30% for the same time-period year-over-year.
Main responsibilities included: direct management and mentorship of 7 team leads and specialists, and oversight of 24-person team of site producers, developers and editors across the Boston and San Francisco officescollaborating with the product management team to enhance, finalize, test. roll-out, and support a custom-built tool for the production and maintenance of all corporate IR websites.
Other managerial responsibilities included: improving design and development processes, setting and tracking quarterly goals, interviewing and hiring of department personnel.
