Catalog Pricing The Catalog Pricing project is designed to interface the foundation data for Catalog Pricing from the William-Sonoma DTC system into the Sterling system. DTC sends the Catalog Header information and Catalog Sku information to Sterling via three interfaces named Real time Interface, Daily Refresh and Conversion Process.A search option was also provided as a part of this project. When user enters the search criteria, the details were fetched from an external system using different services and where displayed on the AS400 screen.AS/400 Technologies, RPGILE, RPGLE, RPG, CL, DB2 etc. were the technologies used. My responsibilities included System Appreciation, Impact Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Analysis, Bug fixing and support. GHSEEDS Production Support This was mainly a production support cum maintenance project for the Order Management System of Syngenta Seeds.The dealers of Syngenta seeds use the website GHSEEDS.com to place their orders.The website which is a complete Order Management System have all the details like product information, inventory availability, customer details, marketing details, order entry details, financial details, order processing details, data analysis details, reporting details, promotion details etc.The website also has details about all the yearly benefits and promotions to the dealers. Each year, special set of programs called marketing programs was built to deal with the promotions for the current year.The frontend of the website was in java and all the programming logic and database in AS/400. My responsibility in this project was to give production support to this website and was the primary contact person for all the issues in ghseeds.comResponsibility also consisted of reviewing the new codes testing the new enhancements to be implemented. Responsibilities also included assigning tasks to the offshore support team and suggesting improvements to the existing site. Also helped in migrating the existing AS400 system to a new SAP system. AS/400 Technologies like RPGLE, RPG, CL, DB2 etc. were used in this project.

Master-files Production Support This was a production support project for the client PepsiCo. Invoice Matching This was an enhancement/bug fix/development project for the Retail client Advance Auto Parts Inc. The order management system used by Advance auto parts, Invoice Matching System, had details about the products, inventory details, vendors, purchasing, and receiving details, customer details, financial processing details, purchase order details, invoice details, chargeback details, order processing details etc.Invoice matching system, provides the input to the financial system of the client Advance Auto Parts on the credits and debits owed to the vendor. It includes the functional areas such as Voucher creation, Forced matching and Chargeback. A new functionality to handle the Buyer Action Report was added in the system. The existing system was also modified to handle the Warehouse Returns and Credit Memos like the way invoices are handled. AS/400 Technologies, RPGLE, RPG, CL, DB2 etc. were the technologies used. My responsibilities included System Appreciation, Impact Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Analysis, Bug fixing and support.
