Initially hired as Support and Release Analyst but quickly promoted to design and manage websites
for hosting company with 4,000+ customers. Edit and build templates, managing up to 5 concurrent
projects. Work closely with clients to translate marketing goals into effective websites. Also played
key role in revamping Site Builder, the company s proprietary site development system.
Identified opportunities to expand product offerings to include SEO and custom site design,
generating more than $40,000 of additional design-related revenue (a 40% increase).
Pitched and gained management approval for training budget to ensure that all designers stayed
up-to-date on web standards and new technologies/software versions.
