Area Chief Engineer over multiple Marriott Hotels in the Midland & Odessa area.

Responsible for training and directing the maintenance and security departments to ensure all areas of preventative maintenance completed as well as all Fire Life Systems working. To ensure that all contracts are met and up to date.

Accomplishments: Repaired all design flaws - no hot water to the far end of buildings, HVAC not working properly. Water softeners piped wrong and not working. Restored 97 off market suites and repaired faulty 10% of PTACS & BTACS. Raised GSS scores from 50 percent to 96 percent.
