SUMMARY

Mr. Ferguson delivers sustained performance bidding and executing projects on time, under budget and through application of Six Sigma principles as demonstrated through his leadership in the delivery of over $55 billion in Capture work. Through creation, implementation, and execution of core processes, commercial strategies, value propositions, estimating and execution plans he sets the expectations for capturing and delivering successful projects.

In managing Capture work, Mr. Ferguson delivered both International and Domestic proposals having a Total Installed Cost in excess of $40 and $15 billion respectively. He functioned first as the Global Manager of Proposals for the Communications Global Business Unit and secondly as Business Development Manager where he managed the proposal process (team reviews Pink, Green, Red) from RFP analysis, outlines, DOR development, functional team meetings, and management reviews through submittal and preparation for Oral presentations for over 150 proposals. In the field, he successfully managed deployment directly with customer representatives for AT&T Wireless, AT&T Mobility, Sprint, and H-P. He has a strong track record for planning and delivering under extremely tight deadlines. In addition, he has excellent verbal and written communication, team-building, and interpersonal skills.

Mr. Ferguson is currently seeking an opportunity to continue to build upon the successful platform established in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) and Health Care sectors.
