Directed a team based in Houston, California, and Puerto Rico to provide oversight on the development of manufacturing test diagnostics integration for 24 launches on NPI, Options, Specials, and sustaining Platforms into HP, and 3 ODMs Inventec, Wistron, and Flextronics at 17 manufacturing sites worldwide. Directely led team to provide support to 18 platforms.

Ensured consistent on-time delivery of quality diagnostics through effective management and coordination of six different integrators and engineer assistants.

Played a vital role in the completion of NPI Readiness, NPI Operations Review, Houston Launch Review, and Supply Chain Engineering Project Steering.

Project Manager III 19992006

Directed all aspects of manufacturing activities for introduction of new products into manufacturing from

development, prototype testing, pilot builds, and MVB. Provided ongoing feedback for Design for

manufacturing (DFx) into the mechanical design teams to insure better quality
