* Assisted The Boeing Company, by improving the supplier management process for its more than 35,000 suppliers. Recommendations as well as implementation of MACG proprietary software resulted in improvements in cycle times of more than 80 percent, a drop in supplier rejection rates from .9 to .8 percent and on time delivery from 75.9 to 99.8 percent.
