The Wichita Center processed 6+ million calls annually.

As Director, directed a workforce of 2,200 associates to achieve an intense focus on providing the premier level of customer service in the catalog industry.

Developed from inception this International Catalog operation, which had worldwide scope; developed a Direct Mail Catalog operation that serviced the entire Sears Catalog operation.

Developed an on-line credit application process and numerous specialty operations and enhancements to level of service, which resulted in better order processing, customer service, order shipping and refund processing.

Trained and developed a management team of 6 salaried managers along with an additional group of 100 supervisory and training mid-management associates.
