Graduated from a very prestigious high school and I am doing fantastic at U of M.

I was accepted to many different colleges: University of Arizona, University of Michigan, University of Washington in Seattle, and finally University of Florida. I chose U of My because the scholarships to the other schools were not enough for my family with a single income to afford, where as U of M was a full ride.

I have worked at Outback Steakhouse for almost 3 years now, which shows I have dedication and the endurance to handle and sustain a job for a long time. I started out as a buss boy and was so good and fast at it that they did not need two bus boys on weekdays, during my second month of busing I was carrying two bus tubs at once. My third month I was recognized for my abilities and was recruited and wanted to be a take away server, which is a big deal, we do 25 percentage of sales each day.

Busboy, Takeout server/ expo when the restaurant was busy.

As a server we had to take a very long test that included what comprised the menu items in the foods, writing them down, knowing the abbreviations of the food and required and expected to be able to describe the menu items if asked by a customer. We had greet times and quote times in To go, 45 second car visits and always 15 to 20 minutes for the customer to receive their food. This included here orders(orders taken outside at cars), on line order sending times, and over the phone conversations. We also have a back position who takes car of all the bags and bread baking, boxing up the food, getting the food out on time and restocking while still having orders.

Christian brothers High School is one of the hardest schools to graduate from. It has a very well know for this. Many do not know that we have the oldest high school band in America! As a student we were required to do service community and direct; community is very self explanatory but direct service is face to face serving of the poor. As a Freshman to Senior the minimum is to complete 42 hours of service to graduate. I did 50.

After my high school years were completed I decided to go to University of Memphis. I have a triple majors and minors, they include Biology, Biomedical Engineering, and Physics. My minors are mathematics, pre-med, and French. My plan is to go to Vanderbilt, Johns-Hopkins, or University of Tennessee Medical College. My first Semester I succeeded making a 3.5 gpa.
