* Microsoft - As a senior solution manager, managed the end-to-end implementation of a big data virtualization, business analytics and MDM solution for a customer fraud analytics program across the organization using an agile methodology, to include metrics analysis, use case development, project prioritization, release management, issue mitigation, solution architecture, project governance, management of an offshore team, and process optimization.
