Program: Airbus Fuel Cell System.
Integrated program schedules, data integration, tracking of financial and implementation of corrective actions
covering all areas of program responsibility. Critical issues on complex programs, team lead in development
of action plans to improve performance.
I oversee development of plans for new programs including planning and directing all phases throughout
program lifecycles including task planning, resource requirement development, and preparing estimates
related to performance.

Oversaw the work of thirteen people assigned to the project and others representing functional support
activities, including planning, budgeting, scheduling and Earned Value Management (EVMS). I was
responsible for seeing that the staff reporting to me successfully and properly prepared and completed all
scheduling, EVMS, and schedule/cost critical path reports that I then submittal to project managers
concerning project performance on time and within budget. I served as a budget and schedule mentor to less
junior members of the scheduling staff. I also served as the Boeing liaison/interface to subcontractors to
insure that they complied with Boeing EVMS budget and schedule management requirements. The reports
