Program: Airbus Fuel Cell System.

Integrated program schedules, data integration, tracking of financial and implementation of corrective actions

covering all areas of program responsibility. Critical issues on complex programs, team lead in development

of action plans to improve performance.

I oversee development of plans for new programs including planning and directing all phases throughout

program lifecycles including task planning, resource requirement development, and preparing estimates

related to performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Budgeting, planning, scheduling, cost, and change control management on multiple projects and programs.. I

Monitor and analyze metrics, including: risk, cost, schedule, resources, project changes and

progress/performance and provide critical program performance feedback to program and project managers.

This performance feedback includes all of the following.

Setting up cost control systems on projects and programs.

Monitoring, validating, controling costs andschedules.

Completing variance analysises and identifing trends that impacti performance.

Analyzing and creating reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated project management

parameters.

Performing comparative analysis of complex cost data to determine projected overruns or shortfalls to

the baseline and recommend actions by interpreting data.Conducting variance analyses for Cost and

Schedule CV/SV to identify and mitigate project risks.

Preparing project plans with cross-functional inputs to ensure program requirements and statement s

of work are captured and scheduled.

Incorporating contractual changes into the project control system by evaluating work to be completed

against each contract compared to contract cost and schedule baselines .

I am the interface with functional teams and influence resource allocation decisions by providing guidance

and solutions based on project schedule and provide key contributions for program reviews and customer

meetings.

Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule (IMP/IMS), development and implementation.

Leadership and oversight of projects from inception to completion. Manage cost and schedule

baseline and make recommendations as necessary to elevate potential EAC increases.

Interface with major sub-contractors and internal/external customers.

o Develop solutions and actions. Provide performance briefings; advise Program Manager and

IPT Leads on the criticality of program events.

o Advanced technical experience in Project Integration and Critical Path Analysis.

o Developing program plans, schedules, budgets, earned value management and reporting.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST September 2002-August 2008

Program: National Systems Activities

Oversaw the work of thirteen people assigned to the project and others representing functional support

activities, including planning, budgeting, scheduling and Earned Value Management (EVMS). I was

responsible for seeing that the staff reporting to me successfully and properly prepared and completed all

scheduling, EVMS, and schedule/cost critical path reports that I then submittal to project managers

concerning project performance on time and within budget. I served as a budget and schedule mentor to less

junior members of the scheduling staff. I also served as the Boeing liaison/interface to subcontractors to

insure that they complied with Boeing EVMS budget and schedule management requirements. The reports
