TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

As of January 2010, I have worked for ITT/EXELIS as a SINCGARS RESET/REINTEGRATION

Technician. From December 2008 to December 2009, I was assigned to the SINCGARS Communications

Laboratory, Tobyhanna Army Depot, Pennsylvania, where I troubleshot, repaired and calibrated all

components of the SINCGARS Communications Suite. From March 2009 to December 2009 I worked

on the CEER-T team, performing resets at various locations throughout the United States and Germany.

Using various specialized test sets including the GRM and STIR stations. From December 2007 to

December 2008, I was assigned to the SATCOM Division, where I was tasked to troubleshoot, repair

align and calibrate specialized Satellite Communications Equipment, utilizing Spectrum Analyzers, RF

Test Sets, and other noise and measurement test sets. During March 2007 to December 2007, I worked in

the METCAL Lab, troubleshooting testing, repairing, overhauling and modifying complex electronic

measurement equipment, such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, electronic

analog/digital meters, specialized test sets and electronic control systems. Identified engineering designs

and manufacturing defects to equipments in order to recommend practical solutions to any problems.

February 2003 to May 2007: Hours per week: 70

Delivered parts, vans, petroleum products and assorted merchandise throughout the Continental United

States and Canada.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

Inspect and supervise the loading of merchandise, insuring completeness of manifests and paperwork.

Plan the safe and timely delivery of assigned loads. Inspect and report any vehicle defects or problems to

maintenance personnel in order to effect proper repairs. Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

Headed the Electronics Maintenance Division of VIA Metropolitan Transit Authority. Supervised,

instructed, and advised junior technicians in the proper techniques of testing, troubleshooting and repair

of electronic equipment installed aboard vehicle of the Transit Authority Fleet. I was instrumental in the

planning and installation of a new communications/tracking system that was purchased and installed on

the vehicles.

Inspected, tested, troubleshot repaired and operated the electronic equipment installed aboard vehicles of

Department.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

Graduated from Basic Electronics/Electricity San Diego Naval Station, California. Attended various

Sonar Technician Schools at Fleet Antisubmarine Warfare Training Center, San Diego, California.

Performed maintenance, testing and repairs on various Sonar and Underwater Battery Fire Control

System in the United States Navy Fleet. Spent six years as a Navy Technical Representative stationed in

Yokosuka, Japan at MOTU-7. The last four years of service was assigned as an Assistant Ship

Superintendant. I was in charge of Quality Assurance and Control of various installations, upgrades and

repairs to complex electronics systems aboard Navy ships. I retired as a Chief Petty Officer. I received the

Navy Achievement Medal for Professionalism during my tour at MOTU-7.I held a Top Secret Clearance

during my career in the United States Navy.

EDUCATION:

Graduate of Central Catholic High School, San Antonio, Texas, May, 1968. B/EE United States Navy,

San Diego, California, 1970. Basic Sonar Operations I and II, Fleet Antisubmarine Warfare School, San
