computer issues that could not be solved over the phone. Used Remedy for tracking and inputting

Project Coordinator [Contractor]–Family Dollar Stores, Inc., Matthews, NC November, 2012 –
Present
Provided support for the closeout process of CCTV for new, relocation, and existing stores.
Coordinated with (Escalation Technical Center) ETC and other upper levels of management for
store support, and renovations.
Completed share point updates on a daily basis of all work being completed. Consolidated Staley
DVR repairs for my supervisor to input into the system. Pulled Permits from Accruent for store set-
up and building guidelines. Called Stores for quality assurance purposes. Updated SharePoint sites
with information and reports daily. Completed Store Orders for new store Grand Openings.
Also visited stores to make sure camera schematics were being followed for installation purposes.
Assisted with the Deployment of new GANZ DVR equipment to over 8500 stores. Used DMS Lite
for remote assistance with IP camera configuration and troubleshooting which provides remote live
and playback views of Digimaster DVRs & PixelPro cameras. Communicated with all levels and
divisions of management on projects being implemented. Created and reset DVR passwords
remote using (Data Management System)DMS Lite. Remote DVR setup.
Loss Prevention Associate–Sears, Concord, NC November, 2010 – November, 2012
Prevented inventory loss through communication and participation with all sales associates in
programs aimed at theft awareness and prevention measures.
Detected, apprehended and processed individuals engaged in shoplifting and fraudulent activities,
including completing investigation and related reports with police agencies and the criminal justice
system.
Conducted initial investigation of internal matters (e.g., cash over/short reports, point of sale
exception reports, merchandise credit checks, etc.) and reported results of the to the Loss
Prevention Lead or Manager; also appeared in court of law as witness to shoplifting
